THIS HAT IS REGISTERED, PER THE LABEL INSIDE THE HAT. The round \"cap\" and the short, upturned brim are made of brown felt, and the back of the hat is made of taffeta strips...There is one taffeta strip across the top of the felt cap, ending in bows at one side. An elastic band is attached. Precious!!! Tilt hats were popular in the 1930s and 1940s.
